Check, Check AND Check

Check, Check AND Check

Nov 21

Well, it’s all looking good on the home front.
My paperwork has been filed with insurance as of Friday (November 19th) by the surgeons office. AI have a bot of a point of contention with my doctor for her lack of professionalism, but I will leave that for another day.
I feel they asked for very little paperwork to review considering the enormity of the surgery. To have a student sit close to the teacher in my classroom it seems we must file about 423 pieces of paper and plan three meetings to discuss the situation. Never the less the things they asked for were:

Letter of medical necessity from my doctor
Copy of all medical records from the last six months
Copy of all insurance paperwork that details meal and exercise plans

That’s it.

I’m not the best cook. But, with this surgery I’m going to flip that switch and learn how to be a better, more healthy cook for my family.
